Before ILBP were involved, I was working with my client on a private basis, my client didn’t have the full understanding of being an employer. My pay date would differ by the month and my annual leave wasn’t monitored.
As soon we were put in touch with ILBP they arranged a visit the following week and explained their service. We completed all the paperwork at the visit and the account was up and running within days. I now have a contract in place and peace of mind that I will be paid on the correct pay date following submission of my timesheet and my employer is now aware of their responsibilities. I’m really happy with service I receive and would highly recommend!!
